It is important that we all learn how to manage our stress levels and reduce the effects of unwanted stress. Business owners, managers, farmers /ranchers, and your customers are no exception to experiencing stress. In fact, stress seems to be prevalent in rural communities at times. Too much stress can make us more accident-prone, and it can affect our overall health. This program provides information on identifying common stressors, recognizing stress symptoms, and managing stress.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Center for Agricultural Profitablility's 2023 landlord/tenant cash rent workshop for landowners and operators will be held in Fremont from 1 to 4 p.m. on August 17, 2023 at the office of Nebraska Extension in Dodge County, 1206 W. 23rd Street, Fremont, NE.
